Shipping & Returns

MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE / RETURNS

Due to sanitary/hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on any opened or used products. All products must be in original packaging.
If you do wish to return or exchange any unused/unopened products, you must email us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise. Any orders over 10 days old are non-returnable/refundable. Once your email is received, you will be emailed further instructions on how to return your items.
All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been authorized, you may return your package to our return address following our emailed instructions. Once received, your order will be inspected and you will be refunded for the returned items on the same method of payments you purchased the order with within 10 days.
PLEASE NOTE : NO exchanged, returns or credits will be accepted without prior authorization.


SALE ITEMS

No Credits, Refunds or Exchanges allowed on any items that have been discounted in price for any reason (sales, discontinued, etc.)


CANCELLATIONS

All orders may be cancelled without penalty up until the order has been packaged - once packaged a 15% re-stocking fee applies. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled or retrieved.

NON-TRACKED PACKAGES

We understand that shipping can be expensive, and due to this, we do offer a less expensive un-tracked shipping option on eligible purchases. However, please note that due to us not being able to track these shipments, we will not be help responsible for any lost/missing packages. Please familiarize yourself with your shipping options to be sure you are aware of what shipping option you are choosing.


SHIPPING TIMES:

Canada: 1-5 days
United States: 1-2 weeks
International: up to 8 weeks
